You can register to the conference, book a hotel and transfers using regonline.

Welcome to the registration page! Please see pricing to get to know what your ITS 2015 registration fee includes. If you have any questions regarding the registration, please contact local@its2015.org. If you need an invitation letter, please send your request to local@its2015.org with the proof of payment.

Pricing

In addition to ACM/SIG Member, Standard (Non-Member) and Student conference registrations, we offer ITS2015 day passes, Workshops/Tutorials tickets, and extra banquet tickets.

What's included?

1)

ACM/SIG Member, Standard (Non-Member) and Student conference registrations include the following:

  • Attendance at the ITS main conference sessions on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
  • Attendance at the ITS poster and demonstration session on Monday evening
  • Lunch and two coffee breaks on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
  • Opening reception on Sunday evening and conference banquet on Tuesday
  • Conference materials

This fee does not include ITS workshops, tutorials or studios. Please purchase a separate Workshops/Tutorials ticket to participate.

Student registrations: In order to complete a student registration, a valid student certificate needs to be provided. Please send certificates to local@its2015.org.

2) A Workshops/Tutorials ticket (workshop, tutorial, studio), which also requires prior conference registration, includes the following:
  • Attendance at one of the workshop, tutorial, or studio events on Sunday
  • Lunch and two coffee breaks on Sunday

Please note that some of the events (workshops) are by invitation only and require an accepted submission.

3) A day pass includes the following:
  • Attendance at the sessions of one of the ITS main conference days; either Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday
  • Attendance at the ITS poster and demonstration session on Monday evening
  • Lunch and two coffee breaks on the selected day
  • Conference materials
4) An extra banquet ticket can be purchased, which allows an accompanying person to attend the conference banquet on Tuesday.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation of your registration, a processing fee will be applied. Prior to October 29, 2015 (23:59), cancellations will be charged 100€. No refunds will be given after October 29, 2015.

Visas

The Association for Computing Machinery does not issue formal invitation letters for visas. We can however issue a visa support letter.

For visa support letters, please send all requests to supportletters@acm.org with the following information:

  • Your name as it appears on your passport.
  • Your current mailing address.
  • The name of the conference you wish to attend (ITS 2015).
  • Your registration confirmation number for ITS 2015.
  • If you are the author of any papers accepted for ITS 2015, please provide the title.
  • Your email address.

Please note visa support letters are issued via email by PDF, and the original is mailed to your current postal address.

Hotel Scam Alert

ITS is being targeted by a hotel-related scam. You may be contacted on the phone by a company acting on behalf of ITS, ACM or the hotel. Please ignore this call, as neither ITS, ACM nor our hotel is associated with this number and DO NOT share your credit card information or similar.
