We invite you to support the ITS 2015 conference through financial sponsorship.

ITS is the leading international research forum related to interactive tabletops and surfaces. Established in 2006, this yearly ACM sponsored conference brings together more than 200 researchers from academia and industry, including talented students and industry leaders in the interactive surface computing research field.

ITS provides a forum for academics and practitioners to discuss challenges and innovative solutions for effective interactive surface computing systems. The conference covers the design, evaluation, and application of techniques for a wide range of interactive surface technologies, with a focus on large-format surfaces, such as interactive tabletops and walls, but also related to smaller surface devices such as multi-touch smartphones and tablets, and gesture-based systems that enable arm or whole-body-input. ITS is also a forum for introducing and discussing next-generation surface technologies, such as water-based interfaces, floor and room-based interfaces, and deformable interfaces. The conference proceedings are published in the ACM Digital Library, one of the most important publishers of computer science and technology research in the world.

We have four corporate support levels (Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze), as well as opportunities for supporting specific conference events. Corporate support is very important to the conference, and the conference committee ensures that these contributions are well recognized. We list the benefits and costs below. Corporate Support Levels: Opportunities and Benefits

We have 4 levels of sponsorship: Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze. In addition, there are a variety of opportunities to sponsor specific elements of the conference (and get further exposure for your company or organization). Details are below.

Packages are negotiable in regards to the items they include and can be adjusted to specific needs. Note that all amounts are listed in USD ($), but equivalents in other currencies are welcome.

Platinum Sponsor - 1 available - $15,000 USD (12,500 EUR)

Platinum Sponsors receive the following benefits:

  • Your company name will be acknowledged in all conference materials and website as a Platinum Sponsor. You will receive special acknowledgement in the conference announcements and publications, and during the opening and closing sessions at the conference.
  • Your company and logo will be prominently and exclusively be acknowledged as a Platinum Sponsor (along with conference name and ACM/SIGCHI affiliation) on the conference bag provided to each attendee. Great advertising opportunity, as many attendees continue to use conference bags after the conference.
  • Your company name will be exclusively displayed on lanyards that hold attendees' name badge. Another great advertising opportunity, as many attendees continue to use these lanyards after the conference.
  • Your company will be provided a full-page advertisement on the outside back cover in the Conference Program.
  • You will get three complimentary registrations, so three people from your company can attend the conference for free.
  • Your company and logo with be prominently displayed on large posters indicating Platinum Sponsorship at the registration booth and the Conference Banquet.
  • Your company will be provided exhibition space for the duration of the conference, from which you can distribute company materials, and interact with attendees.
  • Platinum Sponsor identification on your delegates' conference badges.
  • Your company will receive a special invitation to exhibit company technologies or products during the Demo & Poster Reception.
  • Your company will be given the opportunity to include company material and give-aways in the conference bag provided to each attendee.

Gold Sponsor - $10,000 USD (8,500 EUR)

Gold Sponsors receive the following benefits:

  • Your company name will be acknowledged in all conference materials and website as a Gold Sponsor. You will receive special acknowledgement in the conference announcements and publications, and during the opening and closing sessions at the conference.
  • Your company will be provided a full-page advertisement on the inside front or back cover advertisement in the Conference Program (first come, first choice).
  • You will get two complimentary registrations, so two people from your company can attend the conference for free.
  • Your company and logo with be prominently displayed on large posters indicating Gold Sponsorship at the Demo & Poster Reception.
  • Your company will be provided exhibition space for the duration of the conference, from which you can distribute company materials, and interact with attendees.
