The ISS 2026 Organizing Committee is committed to fostering a welcoming, inclusive, and harassment-free environment for all participants. We expect every attendee (regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, nationality, or religion) to feel safe, respected, and fully included throughout the conference in Turin.

Harassment in any form will not be tolerated. All communication and behavior should remain appropriate for a professional, diverse, and international audience. Participants who violate these expectations may be asked to leave the conference.

Harassment includes, but is not limited to, overt or subtle acts such as:

  • Verbal aggression, accusations, or bullying
  • Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or following (in person or online)
  • Harassing photography or recording
  • Sustained disruption of talks or conference events
  • Interference with another person's ability to participate
  • Inappropriate physical contact
  • Unwelcome sexual attention
  • Advocating for or encouraging any of the above behaviors

All attendees are subject to the ACM Policy Against Harassment at ACM Activities.

We are equally committed to safeguarding the privacy of all participants. ISS 2026 follows the ACM Privacy Policy in handling attendee information.

If you wish to report a breach of this Code of Conduct, you may contact the ISS 2026 General Chairs via email. All reports will be handled confidentially and shared only with authorized individuals responsible for addressing the issue.
